What personal information is gathered about you and your children?
We only collect that information voluntarily provided when you or your children send us an email or post on our message board. We do not require anyone disclose any information at all about themselves except as required to place orders for products through our website.
How do we use the personal information we gather?
We use email addresses voluntarily provided to us only to respond on the message board, answer an email, or send the writer our newsletter. As to children under the age of 13 who email us, we will not retain their email addresses or any personal information about them and will not send them our newsletter without obtaining your prior consent. If we post a message from your child to our message board, we will only display the child's first name, age, and city but never his or her email address, last name, or other identifiable information. The information we obtain will not be shared with anyone else without your express consent. We always give you the opportunity and right to opt out of receiving correspondence from us (on you own behalf or your child's) by sending us an email to email@example.com.
